The lines look straight. But he didn't stagger properly. Same thing sort of thing that happens with hardwood floors sometimes with people. Its all in the application of the first tiles in each row...

Thank to the responders on this thread I was able to complete the arch today. Im happy with the result. Just needs grout obviously. But, nice and round 👍🏻
