Thanks for the input ... I won't tile over. And you're right - it's probably more like 1/8" instead of 1/4".
I think I'll do what JB did: put my grout line there, and use caulk instead of grout....

Thanks Davestone. However, I wasn't clear. I used the Stone Tech Enhancer, not the Enhancer Pro. The Stone Tech Enhancer is water-based, I believe.
