Well problem solved. Shut water off, removed cartridge, checked it. Little debris in the valve body but not enough is think to cause trouble. Cleaned that up, reassembled, boom everything works...

I didn't find that I had any haze issue with flexcolor cq. My tiles were a light gray and I used Warm Grey color grout so maybe it's there and I can't see it? But I was pretty diligent in washing....
