We do have a ''mud bed" adaptor to lift it up....

We do have a ''mud bed" adaptor to lift it up. Ill try to post it.
At the present time we only have the 5 finishes but will be expanding it.
The weeps are in the threads and the strainer head...

Some people simply Hot glue the loose wire...

Some people simply Hot glue the loose wire directly to the base then the thin set will lock it into place permanently otherwise with the Suntouch Matt you’re good to go

at the height your talking yes, you could go over the drywall but it is not recommended in a wet area. Why not just go with 18 more inches of tile backer board and waterproof it,it might add $25..?

JIM--I think you have the wrong details called...

JIM--I think you have the wrong details called out! BUT, you got that right about the wet film gauges, its critical to get 2 coats at the required thickness..(when drying it shrinks)
