Is it okay to scrub at unsealed grout? Wasn't sure. Just with hot water, or can I use some sort of cleaner? Don't want to make things worse...

I used EasyHeat (http://www.easyheat.com/) and it was dirt cheap for my 120sq ft bathroom....much cheaper than I had anticipated...worked great with the Schluter underlayment as well...
