Was the original dry wall glued( liquid nails or something) directly on top / to the Concrete? Not nailed to anything? I wouldn't touch what your doing and I wouldn't try screwing into the concrete...

Just added a pre-waterproofed base and a 72 hour...

Just added a pre-waterproofed base and a 72 hour custom base option is coming real soon.

That gives you a choice of
3# foam
3# foam with Honey Comb (about 3-6 times stronger then foam only) ...

shooting a video this week. It requires removing the plywood substrate and scabbing new in-between the joist (to lower it), but the outer perimeter is what it is depth wise.
