I'm with Davy, Kevin. 90 feet isn't a lot to take out. Then you can add a layer of plywood, a tiling membrane, and go from there. :)

P.S. "Bonded" means glued tight to concrete. :)

Paint is not a permanent product where tiling is concerned. Try to remove it.. :)
