If there is no surface waterproofing on the Cement board it is because I did not install it and there is a vapor barrier behind it, other wise i coat everything with a liquid applied waterproofing...

If you are still having this problem, why don't you just pull the hard drive out of the computer, put it in a external enclosure and just copy what you need.

Cracks every 4' and 8' that align with plywood seams. Seen it time and time again. Like CX says wood is not the best underlayment for tile.
