So I'm forgoing using a prefab shower pan... Just going to mud floor the whole the bathroom. The floor will be a little higher but at least I know the transition will be seamless, and no ramp.

Which grout and thinset?

I'm using sheetrock and kerdi for the shower walls, which thinset and grout? Is it the same thinset between the sheetrock/kerdi, and kerdi/tile?

For the floors, I'm using ditra heat over plywood...
