Scratched Glossy Wall Tile Black Grout...how-to-fix

Got some glossy 12x24 white wall tiles installed with black grout.

It appears there was some scratches on the tile shoulder that was not visible until grouting.

This has never happened before...

I only like the bulldog better because from what I understand it can do 2 finish stages in one pass in one pass.

This means less blade swapping as we will probably purchase 2...

Neutralized with Stonetech Klenz-all (basic) or it was supposed to have been. Customer did the cleaning, and I assume he used the Klenz-all (basic) after the Restore...
