Used the Lackmond 10" for the first time today, and I'm impressed. Quiet, no slack at all in the table, very little vibration, and smooth. Nice quality and finish. It's effortless cutting 12x24's....

Isn't one purpose of a linear drain to enable a single slope to the drain? With what you're proposing you'd have to slope 4 sides, which doesn't make sense with that type drain.
