I guess I "lucked out". A local tile distributor stocks the Aquz Mix Sealers Chouice Gold for $38.76/qt. They are on my way to work as well. Going to pick it up tomorrow so I can start sealing.

First let me say, I'm not doing this, but I'm curious, as the tub surround I ripped out was like this:

No moisture barrier put over studs. Just greenboard and then cement board (1 layer of each)....
