You could use a regular corner bead and drywall mud on both sides of the corner it it's going to be outside the wet area. Or you can use "L" metal on the drywall side. :)

I've been out of the bidding a number of years, but I think the labor would run in the $15-$20 a foot range. That's if the floor is reasonably flat -- and it's got to be flat for that kind of work....

On the speed hump showers I did a curtain was always used just inside the hump. Water that drips outside the curtain can be wiped up. All the hump showers I did were for handicapped folks....

For any of the edge evening systems the floor must be flat before you begin setting tile. No product will bring your tiles into level or flat over an uneven floor.
