Yes, I think it's pretty much the same as Quikerete, as both has 5000 PSI for after 28 days and 2000 PSI for 7 days. & yeah we do have bilingual labels here. :)

About tar paper on the wall, it's directly on the concrete, i.e. behind the studs, so I believe I need water proofing on the cement board to avoid the moisture...
