Oh yea.. I would tile behind all appliances to cover any wall that may be exposed if you get a different appliance in the future. At least 1 extra tile on all sides.

4" tumbled marble. SEAL the tiles PRIOR TO GROUTING. Save yourself a big headache. Marble is very soft and pourous.

Im not a full time tile setter. I do like to take on a job here and there. I did a full design on this bath to include columns, tile, floor, counter top etc. only set the tile myself.

Believe it or not I have had good luch with "purple Stuff" cleaned diluted 1:10. Works like a charm. I never let it dry, Mop with clean water ASAP. Works better than any acid product and much cheaper
