Hi,

Looks like 70's style lino over k3, wonder what the "most efficient" way of tiling this bathroom is. I assume could have asbestos.

Thinking screwing down lots, sanding burning in then...

How to... tile pattern in weird space

Trying to figure out a tile pattern. The space is 37 and a quarter inches and the tiles are 11 13/16. Not sure how to make this look good.

Do I use a slurry first. Then when dry thinset as per usual to lay tile on the drypack pan.

The shower is drypack, with liner. The liner keeps filling with water.

The leak appears to be the crack between the vertical and horizontal tiles,

I wonder what the deal is. Can I tile on top of k3 for a small 45sqft bathroom. We've got two installers,

one says remove the vinyl , keep the k3 screw it down more, apply red guard, then lay...

The tiles will be the same thickness. but if i put down thinset as i have (i adsume i should use same trowel size so i dont run into issues with hight, but that is a lot of thinset under little 4...
