Other than ebay? If you can find that tile on ebay you've struck gold. The odds of finding that specific tile is next to zero, and no, they don't make it any longer would be another safe bet.

I would suggest getting paid for what you've done and then let the ill informed designer do the grouting, with him accepting all liability.
