Advice re repairing shower pan

Installer did not pre-slope slower floor; liner is flat, resulting in water accumulating below floor tile and moisture discoloring grout in floor tile.

Installer is proposing to remove floor tile...

Thanks. Definitely the wrong side. The board says "TILE OTHER SIDE" on the yellow side that they tiled on. So much for literacy and paying attention.

I have no idea what he did for waterproofing. There was some kind of colored wall board behind the tile, but nothing else that I recall. Should there have some type of liner between the wall board...
