Tile Floor Filler in Bathroom

I am redoing a bathroom in a home built in the mid 60's that had an ugly pink mosaic tile floor. Underneath the tile was an 1.5 inch layer of deck mud. The tile would not come out without removing...

Wooden Crown Molding

Mud Mistake

It is the setting bed. If I stop on a tile it does not dig in or leave a mark.

I used the 5:1 ratio as prescribed and sloped it just right. I promise I will never do it again!

Mud Deck Mistake

I accidentally used mortar instead on Portland cement on my shower floor. Do I need to remove it and start over or will it be OK to leave it like it is?
