Thanks Davy. I've also seen people that won't tool in there beads but they end up with pin holes and it doesn't look good.I use nitrile gloves and my index finger for tooling.

Seems like most people like to grout first. I'm thinking the grout would be easier to clean off the newly applied silicone than the other way around.

Norton VS Pearl

They do look similar Justin. Both saws have 2 HP belt drive motors and both weigh under 80 pounds. Norton and Pearl also manufacture abrasives.

Thanks Wolfgang. Someone new to metal edging would assume you buy the size that matches your tile thickness. Makes sense to allow extra space for the mortar.
