Time to get philosophical. Did the floor tiler also install the pan? If so, that raises some mighty big red flags. I'm hoping the poorly cut and poorly placed floor tiles are the biggest of your concerns. Do you have any photos of the pan during construction?

Just wanted to come back and thank you all for your advice. I ended up getting another contractor and found out that the previous contractor had replaced the shower pan and had just cut the liner to fit the floor. They didn’t even do a flood test! The new contractor replaced everything correctly including bringing the liner up the wall. It looks so good now! It took 5 months to get it done, because the reputable companies are busy! Totally worth the wait for someone that knows what they’re doing! Attachment 219897

Glad it turned out nice, Robin, and that the deficiencies of the liner install were discovered before any damage was done. Very much worth the wait!
