we are remodeling a 2nd floor bathroom. new tub/floor etc..we want to put 12x12 limestone tile in place of tub/shower eurround and on the bathroom floor. My questions are:

1. is this a good and durable product
2. how much actual maintenance (I've been told a yearly sealing is needed)
3. is this too slippery to use on a floor ( I plan to use the honed and filled stone)

Hi and welcome. We install alot of stone in showers, including Limestone. It will take more time to maintain than tile depending on how heavily it is used. Be sure and use stone cleaner and not tile cleaner, tile cleaner can be too harsh for the stone. Our TYW store (link above in blue bar) has cleaners and sealers for tile and stone.

I would first take a look at the porcelain tiles that look like stone to see how you like those. :)
