I swear I've seen this stuff here somewhere, but now I can't find it, so;

Tiling a shower, walls and floor, does it matter which you do first?

Do the wall tiles sit over the edge of the last floor tile, vice versa, or does it matter at all?

Do I grout outside the last floor tile, up against the CBU, or leave that space open (for expansion, I guess)?

Also, is that ultra flexible grout made for heated floors a good bet in a shower, or a waste of money? Will adding latex to the standard Keracolor Lowes carries do the job?

Also also, if anyone is familiar with Hydrastone (exterior grade gypsum casting plaster made by USG), will thinset and grout adhere to this stuff? Might be making/installing some little medallions with this, but not if it won't adhere.
