Embarrassed to say that I let my tile guy use grout where the tile meets my granite countertop.

Oh, SURPRISE....the grout is cracked. :bonk:

I want to remove it and put some caulk there - what type of caulk do you recommend and does it come in colors as well as clear?

:sheep:

(I don't know what that sheep is for in the smilies list, but I like it!)

I know I've seen caulks in all the Polyblend grout colors at Home Depot in the grout/mortar areas. Those, I would presume, would be the appropriate caulks:

weed30,

You can try Custom Building's caulk that comes in a small tube for about $4.00 (kinda pricey for caulk). I get it at H*** Depot, it come in a number of colours and works well. Just be sure to dig out all of the old grout.

I'm sure others will have some good suggestions.

Oh and I like the sheep too! :sheep: Can't think of what it means but actually, at this time I should be counting em

Lets see :sheep: 2 :sheep: 3 :sheep:

Bud, you still sound a bit crabby. Maybe I need to come over with a bottle of wine and some lanolin.

Hmmm...I can't find the "Dear Bud" letter from Sharon. They have a bit of history, those two lovebirds... ;)

Hi Wendy,

The Custom caulking is the way to go. Where are the pictures? :)

Hey...butt out John,:topicoff: we're reminiscing here.

bb,
Do a search. The Sharon thing was something that flatfloor just couldn't leave alone way back when. Some of it is hilarious. I personally don't understand the big deal but flatfloor does.:)

Do a search on "sheep no lie" and see what you find, Bob. :D

If you're still confused, try a search on "sheep" and go back to the veeerrrryyy beginning of time. ;););)

Some places, things "go to the dogs". Here, they clearly "Go to the Sheep" :sheep: :sheep: :sheep:

Y'all take it easy on Bud - he just grossly misunderstood the term "Animal Husbandry" in school. :D :D :D

Those are very nice pitchers, btw. Thanks for sharing :)
