I have stiffened up my I-beam joists as my PE indicated and now I need to put the plywood down. I have a 23/32 OSB subfloor, plan to put 1/2" BC plywood over it. Do I need to put anything between the OSB and ply?

Fastening- could use ring shank nails or decking screws. I kind of lean towards screws. What do all y'all think?

Thinking of using Ditra over the ply...what thinset between the Ditra and ply? anything else needed?

thanks

Andrew

I think I answered my own questions here:

Is general cocsensus in agreement with this paper?

thanks

I plan to use griprite primeguard plus screws- only availabkle in 1 1/4 and 1 5/8- seems like 1 5/8 is the best choice...?
