John Bridge Tile — Houston – John Bridge’s local Southeast Texas site: This new site (December 2011) is complete but skimpy. More information is being added. Currently, you will learn what John is currently doing (mostly consulting and inspections) and how to contact him via email.

Dave’s Site (Technology Marketing Group, Houston) – David Bedient is my techie. He is also my wife’s brother. He has done a lot of work on my site, bailing me out when I mess things up. He deserves a link. If I had any idea what David and his partner, Henry, really do, I would tell you. I know they develop, build and sell a lot of computer stuff around the world.

B. Bedient Photography – Bobby Bedient is hands down the best wedding photographer in Texas. His work has been featured in high places, his credentials are a mile long, and he is my brother-in-law (Dave’s brother). Bobby is also the official photographer for MDA Houston (Jerry’s Kids).

Boneyard Studio – In beautiful Brenham, Texas, home of Jake McBee and his sidekick, Brandi. Jake and I are partners. We are scheming to bring you handmade tile covered concrete bathing tubs. We are currently developing a prototype with the expectation of offering custom installations in late 2005. In the meantime, visit Jake and Brandi. See what they have going on and maybe BUY something. – Everything there is to know about glass tiles presented by John Dumbrille.

Auzglaze – Custom ceramic tile plant in Australia. Uri Schwartzberger makes some very nifty borders, liners and other unique pieces. Will produce to your specs.

Ceramic Tile Distributors Assn. – A good way to locate a tile dealer in your area.

Tile Council of North America – The Tile Council of North America, Inc. is an international trade association dedicated to expanding the market for ceramic tile manufactured in North America.

Terry Love’s Plumbing Message Board – Finally, a plumber with “style.” Terry is in the Puget Sound (Seattle) Area where I grew up.

Terrazzo Tile and Marble Association of Canada (L’Association Canadienne de Terrazzo, Tuile et Marbre)

National Tile Contractors Association – Bart Bettiga, Executive Director. Oldest and largest tile contractor’s organization in the world. The John Bridge Forums and NTCA became affiliated in August, 2009.

National Training Center for the Stone and Masonry Trades – Stop in and meet Fred Hueston. Be sure to check out the “phorum.”

National Association of the Remodeling Industry – You can find a reputable remodeling contractor here. No fly-by-nights allowed.

Custom Building Products – An very reputable tile installation products company with easy access to both the DIY community and pro setters.

Laticrete – An old and respected company with a range of products, including many for tile and stone applications.

Schluter Systems – Makers of quality products for the tile industry. Schluter is my company.

Simple Home Solutions – In the Houston/Memorial area. Quality home repairs and installations by Mike Woods. “It’s simple, if you know how to do it.”
