Maloney Tile Showroom
Well i finally bit the bullet and signed on a building in Farmington Hills , Mi. and will be opening a showroom that will be by appointment only for the time being. It is approx 1500 sq ft with just over 300 sq ft of showroom area and right now the rest is warehouse. Im going to frame out an office/conference area with refreshment area as well. Going to set up in the new shop area.
Will be putting in installation displays, floor heat displays, niches, waterproofing etc. as well as a small selsction of tile and slab.
The shop is in a very big business area with freeways 1/4 mile away and my main (four) supply houses only 1 mile away and is located across the street from a granite supply shop.
Keeping my fingers crossed.
