Getting Married-Take Two
Well folks, call me a glutton for punishment or whatever you like, but over Christmas I got engaged and will be getting married in a couple of weeks.
Some would probably call me crazy for getting re-married a year and a half after getting divorced. The fact of the matter is I met the right girl when I wasn't even looking for her and I would've been a fool to pass her up. When there's no kids involved on either side, it makes it alot easier too.
So, here goes nothing!

I wish you well Brad.
I am only 7 months out in my divorce and can't even imagine wanting to get married again after going through such a painful ordeal.

I wish you both the best, Brad.
About marrying your best friend. At the age of 16 I met a gal that was just 14. We started out as friends, started hanging around together more and more. I would spend time with her before school and then drive her to school. Since she was still in Jr High school, I would drive over to her school during lunch and spend about 10 minutes with her and then pick her up after school. We would then spend the rest of the day together until about 10 that night. Then we'd get up in the morning and do it all again.
Yep, we got married when I was 18 and she was 16. Next month will be 37 years for us and we still hang around together. Tonight we are going grocery shopping together. It doesn't matter what we're doing, we enjoy each other's company.

2 of the happiest days of a mans life...day he gets married and the day he gets divorced. Sort of like his boat!

Davy, glad to hear your gal and you have stayed together and congrats on your almost 37 years together
We hear nothing but negativity and mostly we hear people complaining, for once it is nice to hear someone being postive and have a lasting marriage where you do things together and enjoy it. I don't see many a those type a marriages, they are few and far.
Brad, sorry....... ain't gonna wish ya luck, you need a helluva lot more than luck ta have a good marriage. If you appreciate each other that is what I want to hear, if nothing else matters in the world when you are with her and her with you that is a great start. No kids....... you and her looking ta have any
