It varies. Sometimes it's a run around the track, maybe a formation run, drills up/down five flights of stairs in the parking garage, push-ups, sit-ups, sun gods, up/down cable climb in the parking garage, tractor tire flip or carry, fire hose carry/relay. Today was our first day in the gym, 30 min of cardio, and 30 min of weight training.

1,000 rounds of 9mm through my Gen 4 Glock 17, 25 rounds of 12ga birdshot, 10 rounds of 12ga 00 buckshot, and 5 rounds of 12ga slugs through a Remington 870 Police Magnum. A few of the guys already have AR15s.

Man.. I would love to have an AR-15 Carbine.. Lookin at a Colt... Only thing stoppin me is $1500 - hard to part with...

Right now, I'm just glad I can afford the ammunition for the course. It is unfortunate that 147gr is much more expensive than 115gr around here.
