Tile installer needed Orlando, FL (I Drive)

Commercial job. Skim coated concrete that was water based stained and coated with acrylic or urethane is chipping away in large sections. Customer wants to install porcelain tile over the top. Area can accept layer of tile - proper door heights, adjoining floors heights correct, etc.

I need an installer that wants to take on this job of approx. 700sf - start to finish. We can provide assistance with parts of the job if needed. Can anyone recommend a good installer/company to work with in the Orlando area?

Any suggestions as to the correct way to tackle this? partial strip, total strip of the skim coat? Tile over existing floor as is?

Ben actually moved a little more up 95 now.

I'm on Vacation for a couple weeks and booked up good when I get back.

Will the owner or GC pay to chip it all up, float it and membrane the job?

I can probably bump a job back in mid Aug if they can wait that long.

I'm in Deltona. I go to Orlando fairly often as it is not far up the road. I only do tile jobs by referral so hey, this may be right up my alley. I sent you an email Steve.

Brian, I was in Palm Coast but I'm back in this crap hole area for a bit. From Palm Coast I was in New Smyrna Beach for a while (1 Year). That was a blast. One of these days I'm gonna nail down my digs. It isn't gonna be this Deltona/Deland area though, that is for sure. I know why you moved to Tampa. To escape this place. No good places to eat, no where to go here. Not why I moved to Florida. Heck, I have to drive to Orlando to get Sushi. Only about 25 minutes but still.

Yeah, Volusia cnty is ok for some things but yeah it got pretty boring in Debary.

Try Fuji sushi in Winter Park.
Daytona also has or had a floating sushi bar.
