Much better. Thanks again Greg. I learn something new everyday.

not really about droid and the forum, but does anybody know anything about replacing the screen. I shattered mine, and I found a replacement screen kit for the droid 2 for 29.99. Insurance will cost me 75 to replace it, so if replacing the screen will work I will go for it.

Glad I could help Juan. I went through the same process. I hated browsing on my Droid X at first, but once I discovered how to "tweak" it to my liking, I find it rather enjoyable.

I haven't gotten around to trying tapatalk, but I intend to.

If anyone is looking for a rugged smart phone, Verizon finally came out with the Commando. It uses the Droid software, so it does basically everything the Droid does, but it's also water, shock, and dust resistant.

I've had mine about a month and so far I like it. I did go ahead and get a durable case and a screen cover for it just to be safe since I'm pretty hard on phones. Might be overkill, but better safe than sorry.
