Dammit Jack, your supposed to be on my side. Besides from what I saw I think LI may get the worst of it. The only fun I get out of it is shoveling. Not much skiing here. We had one lift, on "Bald Hill" elevation 400', but the chipmunk died and that was the end of it.

78 to 80,

and off to the beach this week-end!

Not many ski slopes down here, although I have seen a few that go up hill? They are wooden and in the middle of a lake.

God I miss shoveling snow, now all I get to shovel is crap, at you guys!!

But that ain't all bad.

Sixty, cloudy and wet for a couple days. High sixties Monday, they say. No slopes, no skis, no snow and no regrets.

I suppose there could be a mud slide on Mt. Houston one of these days.

Well that "snow episode" tailed off at less than an inch. Gone today high in the thirties. 50% chance tomorrow though.

We've had 2" of snow this entire season so far and I haven't had to shovel any yet. I did get the shovel out and set it inside the garage door just in case. I hope it stays there all winter.

A-h-h-h-h! Yet another day in paradise.

Hey chip, your weather reports are beginning to p....................oh well never mind!

Ummm- just another six inches today. Gonna have to shovel out the house once Jack gets the roof on. However, it's WinterFest, and there were fireworks over the ice tonight...

Ok, we ended up with maybe 4", no big deal.

Re. Chip and his weather reports, I think it's because that's the only thing the state of FL has going for it, other than swamps, alligators, giant bugs, bad Pro Sports teams, trailer parks, and hurricanes. Truth be known, he misses the north.

Good point, Jim. Have you ever noticed that almost all the episodes in "COPS" are filmed in FLA? Plentiful supply of dirtbags down there. Makes for good TV, eh?

Hey Dirtbags,

86 today and the water was 76.

Beautifull day at the beach.

Miss the north? You bet, but not enough to put up with what I did for 48 years.

Did you ever notice how many ways, people can come up why they wouldn't do something, just to justify what they are doing? NO? Me either!!

I've got to go, seems there is an escaped con in the neighborhood, they say he is from NY or VA.

Great big guy.
