What does tile weight?

No, I;m not worried about whether my floor can support it. I just want to know how much I can fit in my Explorer. Does anyone know offhand the weight of say a case of 10 12x12 ceramic tiles?

Probably about 40 lbs.

ONE case? You should be able to pack & carry 15 or 20 boxes easily.

Man, did I hate trying to load a pallet of tile into a Wrangler....

I know I always checked the load capacity of vehicles prior to loading tile. Our reach truck (forklift) would tell us the weight of the load and wouldn't have to guess.

I've had 1800lb load and a customer says it could go in the back of his SUV. Nice try buddy, gonna have to make two trips.
