Jim,

While I wasn't ignoring this post, I mudded all your desk drawers, thinsetted the rat to your chair so's you'll always know where he is, and caulked the 'fridge door so it won't ever leak again (I know, some folks like grout for this). Oh, yeah, I also leveled your in-basket with a little SLC, and refiled your CBU collection. Anything else I can do while I'm in the office?

Oh, BTW, I spoke to the boys about their orgies. They'll tidy up after themselves the next time. It's just that they rarely find girls that like to triple date.

Anybody realize this thread is being ignored by some of the world's most famous people? To begin with:

Dubya, Colin Powell, Rickey Henderson, The entire Carter Family (take your pick Jimmy's or June's) Wayne Gretsky, Calvin, Hobbes and Homer Simpson to name a few. It's true.

well, I'm beginning to wonder whether ignoring this thread entails grasping some specialized technique.

Or is it all just a matter of simple ignorance?

Or maybe just being simple . . .

Oh, it involves some grasping all right.

Grasping at straws.
Grasping at flaws.
Grasping at threads.
Grasping at twigs.
Grasping at sky.
Grasping at why.
Grasping for help.
Grasping for air.
Grasping for power.
Grasping for answers!!!
