What Pat said. We host the course, you have to get an invitation from Schluter.

I wish they would do a mini class at the coverings. A lot of installers are allready there and for others it may be the yank that gets them there.
I found coverings a bit boring but a class with beer pizza and a couple hot Shluter girls, now thats what I'm into. Oh that's right that's Makita. Shluter needs a hottie. Will call her the Shluter pooter. Dam Sorry I thought I was in the mud room again.

Hey Levi,

You best bring you some strechy pants. You'll need em. Three nights of mighty fine eats.

The Schluter seminar I went to last year was a real eye opener. I was a die hard believer going into it but by the time they were done with me they could have told me to shave my head and drink the cool-aid and I would'nt have questioned it.
Seriously it's not just what I learned about their products, it was the peripheral knowledge that pertains to every other aspect of the trade that was most valuable. Very much like a visit to CTEF, your surrounded by people with such an amazing range of knowledge that you learn things, almost by osmosis, that you never intended on learning. And like CTEF I gained more knowledge in few days than I had previously gathered in years of trial and error.

I can't say enough good about it. You won't be sorry.... Oh, and there were cute model ladies at our seminar, in scanty bikinis made of kerdi band...they served us beer and pizza for lunch. Maybye the Canadian version is a little different

Did you bite the bullet and go back East for the Schluter school or did they do it out here on the far coast some place?

Jerry.

They had one last year up in B.C. It might be a regular thing, ask your schluter rep. he hooked us up. They even paid for meals and lodging in a nice hotel.

Has anyone found that contractors are asking for Schluter? Around here (North Georgia) it is a scary concept to most, but I'd like to take the class and install for like-minded builders---tired of explaining, Lynda

Lynda,
Please get in touch with your local territory manager and express an interest in attending. I might not be a pro, but I can tell you that I am definitely sold on the entire line of products. Like others have said, the folks in their technical supprt area really do know what they're talking about, especially since most of them have actually worked in the industry as tile setters at one time or another...and not just for a couple of months a year.

Cheers.
