Question cultured marble shower floor & sink

In our new home, the builder is installing a cultured marble shower floor & one-piece vanity/sink surfaces in a cream swirl color. What's the best product(s) to use on these surfaces as a preventative for stains & as a cleaner?

Hi Rhona

What does the manufacturer say?

I do know you should wipe it down after each use. A little TYW Neutral Tile & Stone Cleaner will help that process immensely. Some of these cultured surfaces can benefit from an impregnator, like Stone Armor, but most will not. Stone Armor is water-based, so we will not have any incompatibility issues with your surface.

Hi Rhona,

In my neck of the woods cultured marble is plastic on the surface. The best thing you can do is keep it wiped down after each use, as Tim suggests. Do not use cleansers on it at all. It scratches very easily. Eventually, it will begin to yellow. There isn't anything you can do about that, though.
