Shower Flange and subfloor

I want to add additional plywood to existing subfloor for support but the shower flange has already been installed. So if I add say an additional 3/4 inch plywood then flange will be below subfloor. How will this effect the liner installation?

No Pics

Sorry, I am a couple hours away from the house right now. It is a 3 piece drain. Probably should have mentioned that before.

Assuming drain is at correct level with current subfloor, you'd need to move it vertically the thickness of additional subfloor material. Pretty easy in most cases.
