I was just reading the instructions and wondering about glue down rubber. I'll call that number, thanks. I called Laticrete tech support and never heard back from them, so they are are off my list...

Charlie - I'm sorry you didn't hear back from Tech Services. That is not how we operate. Did you have a chance to speak to anyone or did you leave a message. I'd like to get to the bottom of what happened.

I don't know what happened to your call to Laticrete, but I want to say they are usually right on the spot. They are a fine company. Don't cross them off the list.

They are probably over at the Facebook tile site pressing the "Like" button. They do have great support. I remember the days when Laticrete was here posting and letting us know about new products. Heck, Henry was posting offering us free swag to try. Have no idea what's going on at Laticrete. Mapei on the other hand is on board!!
