Thanks any of the big boxes sell the Mapei silver?? Where to see it?? also laticrete sterling and mapei silver look awful close in color (at least on the computer) any reason just not to use that same color on floor and walls??

1- I dunno

2- There is a lot of duplication with the colors, but be careful - Laticrete platinum is a lot darker than CBP platinum. A rose by any other name...

In my area Lowes sell Mapei.

You could also call your local Dal Tile Service Center, some of them sell Mapei.

Don't stress though about the perfect color. Unlike my client last week that had me mix Laticrete Almond and Mushroom to find grout nirvana , that was after we tried antique white, almond, mushroom and almond/antique white.

In most cases there are at least 3-4 grout colors from each manufacturer that will look good with a particular tile.

Custom Oyster Gray and Laticrete Dusty Gray might work too if you are looking for a light grey.

your right.... Will try to goa little darker than that on the floor lighter in the tub area...
