Asbestos and Resilient floor info

Here is a publication from the Resilient Floor Covering Institute on the recommended practices for Removal of Resilient Floor Coveringshttp://rfci.com/wp-content/uploads/2...al-oct2011.pdf

It covers both sheet goods and tile along with how best to remove the outer wear layer, backing, and adhesive without the use of harsh chemicals or strippers.

edit: They seem to keep changing their link. If they change it again I'm including this link to their site which has a good bit of information about resilient floor coverings in general.
