See you have to be careful when I give advice! I guess the good part is if you started over it wouldn't hurt you except in the wallet. The other thing to consider is how long has the thinset been in the bucket? You still need to be careful about pot life don't you, Brian (Ceramictec)? Wouldn't the pot life timer start after it was initially slaked?
