Falcon Heavy

Haven't seen a peep about the recent launch here so

Anyone see the 2 booster rockets land next to each other? When I first saw it I thought it was CG. Wow is an understatement!

I watched it live and it was awesome. Some high tech stuff going on there.
You know you got more money than you know what to do with when you send your car with a dummy in it dressed as a astronaut into space. I would totally do the same thing!

What is interesting is that the boosters have enough fuel to do their job and also to land. I know that must affect the weight limit of the main vehicle. I am happy to see that someone is still interested in probing space.

"You know you got more money than you know what to do with"

According to a 2015 article in the Los Angeles Times, Tesla Motors, SolarCity, and SpaceX "together have benefited from an estimated $4.9 billion in government support."
