Lets recap "Mr. Constitution". My sister, tonight, sent me a forward concerning the upholding of the 2nd amendment. Being that it's one of my favorite political subjects, I sent her back the following email, and then thought it a good idea to copy and paste it here. it's definitely reading that would cause concern in anyone's mind, especially being that it's all documented:
Several things to remember. First, the 2nd amendment does NOT give us the right to keep and bear arms. IT ENSURES THAT THE GOVERNMENT WON'T INTERFERE IN A GOD GIVEN RIGHT THAT WE ALREADY HAD.
Secondly-- Obama has already shown his disdain and contempt for a document he swore to protect and defend. His latest being the dissolution of the 1st amendment.

Now, keep in mind that without the 2nd amendment, the rest of the Bill of Rights doesn't stand a chance. Next, remember that during his first term campaign, Obama came out strong in favor of gun control, promising all kinds of new laws that would for all intents and purposes, put a stop to private ownership of firearms. That is, until he realized that he was alienating his own constituents, at which time, he stopped. Now, keeping that in mind, also keep in mind that this is his second term he's running for, which means that as the Constitution and its amendments stand (right now), he can't be elected again after this term, which means he has nothing to lose by doing whatever he wants. Considering what he's done already toward dismantling the Bill of Rights, as documented by the links below, doesn't that scare you just a little bit?
