+1 on the Dri-Eaze. I regret not buying one and then selling it after my basement project. I'm nearly at the cost of one with the number of times I've gotten rentals.

I've used them for negative air setups on my basement project.

The round intake port makes it really versatile for dust management which something that you would have a hard time doing with the BuildClean unit.
