Tiling inside corner of walls

How do you typically handle the intersection of tiles when tiling an inside corner where two walls meet?

Do you tile one wall all the way to the corner, then tile the second wall to meet the tile on the first wall? In other words, the tile on the first wall is tucked behind the tile on the second wall.

Or, do you leave a gap equal to the tile thickness on each wall in the corner and fill it with grout?

If it makes any difference, I am doing a brickwork pattern with 3x6 subway tile.

Thank you,
mark

I tile one wall almost all the way in. I think it is good to have a little gap for expansion. Then I tile the second wall to it, again I leave a small little gap so there is someplace to put grout.
