excess grout

After installing a tile surround in our bathtub, my husband noticed that there is excess grout left in the crevices of the tile. How do we get rid of it? It has been on for less then 24 hours. Would a mixture of vinager and water do it? We are complete newbes and would appreciate any help! Thanx!

I'd start with un-diluted white vinegar and a stiff bristled brush with a handle (to save your knuckles) Start low and work higher, gently rinsing the excess away.
