Has anyone used / seen/ heard of Primabase? It sounds like wedi or kerdiboard or maybe even CBU. My web search found only a Malaysian site.

My brother wants to build a stucco covered fence. The company website he found uses primabase. I was wondering if I could substitute something else, or is primabase OK? What does it directly compare to? What does it cost per sf....

National Gypsum's "PERMABASE" will work exterior applications
