I'll hopefully be starting my kitchen floor this weekend and need to pick up supplies this week. I'm using Ditra, how far will a 50lb bag of 317 go using a 1/4" notched trowel? I know those waffles eat up a lot of thinset, it's about 100 sq ft so I'm thinking 2 bags? Thanks in advance!

That sounds about right, 317 is cheap though, why not get 3 bags and have plenty enough.:)

Here are the before pictures, linoleum with 1/2" partical board underlayment. Ripped it out and layed the Ditra in 5-6 hours on Saturday.

Tiled in about 6 hours on Sunday. Grouted early Monday morning before work. Put the appliances and trim back in Monday night, just in time for the real estate guy to come Tuesday morning.
