listen to this the truck saga

ok so back in august my white truck thrws 2 rods out the oil pan after going mountain biking. so i come home find a truck buy it the engine light comes on so i take it back 1 day later. the dealer says this and that yadaadaa. i say i want my deposit or im going to court. so they give me the deposit. then i go buy the blue dodge i went to south carolina with. nice truck a 2008 sweet truck low miles i am like sweet im happy. so i trade my white truck in for cash for clunkers and get a toyota 2010 corolla. so go my merry way tell toyota hey i just bought a truck thru this bank so dont send the note to the same bank. well the dumbarse didnt listen they sent it to the same bank. so 3 months later dodge calls says they cant the loan to go thru. i said what and now i have 6800 miles on this thing. not to mention they ran my credit to 20 banks blew my becon score up. so i get home from south carolina and following week call my lawyer get it all staright so if they dont refund my deposit off to court i go. so i walk in to dealer turn it in. they say well we cant write you a check till monday i said well my lawyer says then i leave with ur collateral. so i grab the keys. then the manager comes over signs a paper says i get my money monday. so i go get a check monday. well tuesday i buy the black 2006 dodge. and drove it for a week and the rear end snaps. so i rent a vanfrom enterprise last friday a cargo van. omg what a POS it was dirty coke spilled everywhere half the dash missing and its a 09 chevy van. so i return it satu.rday am at 901 am. they charged me 252.00 for it so i went off the hook and trust me i was not nice said ill see you in court and have everyone of ur jobs. so saturday the dealer where i get the black truck from says hey we will give ya a loaner. i said sweet. its a 05 dodge ram. not the nicest ride but it gets me to work. so tonite i am on a estimate finish head home. sitting at a light and make a right hand turn and just about when i get the turn back straight i hear wham look back and the topper flew off. so i stop and a few others do pick the topper up put it back on truck. well 2 idoits hit each other becasue this guy wasnt paying attention. so i get a ticket for failure to secure load. and a 116.00 bucks and have to go to court not to mention there is major damage to the 2 cars. but about 12 other cars saw it and didnt hit each other at all. i will tell ya this i am going to the dealer in the am at 9 am with my attourny and they better have my truck fixed and goona be ready to get sued about this .

ok tool man ya know i cant type as everyone knows. i just ramble on which is why i am me. oh yes i have a lawyer and in the process of making a bonfire for court. just wish my luck would go my way well i hope the terrible three are done. cause if not i am about ready to be murdock and go nuts.


now this am i have to call the dealer and explain that the topper flew up and the whole shing ding that happened. and it happened in ponte vedra beach which is yuppie land looks as if it only ruined 05 jeep and a 06 toyota. at least it wasnt a bmw or a porsche out there...

should be a nother fun day oh boy yeah yeah

Dan, how can they blame you because the topper blew off of their loaner truck? I can't see how you are responsible. They should have insurance for this. Am I missing something?:scratch:

i got sited for a unsecure load. so i have talked to my lawyer this is gonna be sticky deal all the way around. i have to go to court have the ticket dropped off my DL. so technically in the state of florida if you rear end someone you are responsible no matter what. well car 3 rear ended car 2 and it wasnt even in my lane. and the office even said it was raining and he should have left distance and he didnt he was tailgating. so geico calls me today they say no way jose we paying not your fault. so the other person has geico as well and the other allstate so they will have to fight it out.

so i call the dealer today and the owner will be back tommorow so i can see what he says. but as far as i know they dont have to worry either. at least its looking that way. now if she would have hit the topper then its my fault and none hit the topper.


i just want my black truck back me to finish up some work and i guess move montnnna and be left alone..
