Just wondering if anyone else on here is into cycling. Its much esier on the old body than jogging, and alot more fun. I ride rode and mountain, I feel mountain is more of a tile guys sport. Roadies tend to be more of the office crowd.

I raced BMX bikes when I was young,
but never got into riding really long distances on the street.
plus there were no mountains where I grew up in South Jersey.
well except the landfill but.........:sick:

My wife and I just returned from San Francisco. We rented bikes and rode over the Golden Gate bridge into Sausalito. It was incredibly fun but my ass hurt when I was finished.

I ride both road and MTB, 90% is on the road - better for overall fitness. MTB is great to develop bike handing skills. Big question is how and where you wanna crash though. It's not a question of if, it's when...

I made a magazine with a crash I did while going into the first turn at a National

but I did go on to win the main. :D
